Question by knowing_89: Using a fake ID to buy alcohol or participated a licensed premise when you’re actually over age?
I know there are tough penalties for UNDERAGE people using fake ids to buy alcohol and enter a licensed premise but what if someone who is over the drinking age and is caught using one but just shows a SECOND id to confirm that they’re old enough?? Just wondering since it’s not really underage drinking.
